The ADC aims to develop tangible deliverables over a short time frame. These deliverables contribute to addressing strategic priorities over the short, medium and long term. Our aim is to use existing capacity while working to generate new resources when appropriate.  The ADC works collaboratively, but recognizes individual contribution. At the annual ADC meeting a work plan is established for the coming year.
