The ADC (co-)organizes and engages in various meetings:

• ADC holds an anual meeting, prefarably in conjunction with a suitable event either organized by ADC or by a different organization
• ADC organizes workshops to work in (meta)data interoperability
• ADC participates in and (co-)organizes conferences like the Polar Data Forum
